Domodedovo Aircraft Maintenance Base (JSC Domodedovo AMB)
History of Domodedovo Aircraft Maintenance Base started from setting up a line maintenance-repair technical workshop in 1963.
Today Domodedovo AMB is the major Russian enterprise, which provides a wide range of maintenance services for Russian-made aircrafts.
Domodedovo AMB is certified for line and base maintenance for the following aircraft types: IL-96-400Т, IL-96-300, IL-86, IL-76 (Т, ТD), IL-62М, IL-18D, TU-214, TU-154М, TU-134.
Domodedovo AMB is the main centre of maintenance and repair for the “Ilyushin” and “Tupolev” aircraft families.
The facilities of the company comprise a hangar of 40 000 square meters – the largest complex of this type in Russia and CIS.
Almost all largest airline companies, which utilise aircrafts manufactured in Russia, are customers of Domodedovo AMB.

Modern laboratory complex of the company provides technical maintenance and repair of a wide range of avionics installed in the Russian-made aircrafts. The list of technical systems, equipment and instruments used for control and repair at the laboratory complex is constantly increasing.
There is one of the most modern in Russia aircraft’s interior equipment maintenance repair and overhaul shop. It is capable of providing high standard service including design and manufacturing of new elements of interior.
Development Program
Domodedovo Aircraft Maintenance Base development program includes expanding of capability for new types of Russian-made aircrafts such as Tu-204, Аn-148, SSJ-100, МS-21. According to this program, there is an ongoing process of upgrading qualifications and skills of the company’s specialists, acquiring new equipment and modernising of the hangar complex takes place.

Domodedovo Technique
Domodedovo Technique is the first Russian independent technical centre providing maintenance and repair services for Foreign-made aircrafts. The centre was set up in 2002 with the support of Boeing Company.
Domodedovo Technique is certified by European, Bermuda and Russian Aviation Authorities for line and base maintenance for the wide range of aircrafts.
Range of Services:
- line maintenance of aircrafts Boeing 737, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, Airbus 320 Family;
- base maintenance of aircrafts Boeing 737, Boeing 757, Boeing 767;
- aircraft structural repair;
- wheels and brakes maintenance repair and overhaul;
- accumulator batteries maintenance repair and overhaul;
- nondestructive testing (NDT)
- boroscoping of aviation engines;
- engineering-technical services for aircrafts;
- planning of aircraft technical maintenance;
- technical-material provision.
Domodedovo Technique employs more than 250 highly qualified specialists. Personnel is trained and qualified at the leading training centres of Europe and USA (AMTL, Honeywell, Goodrich, Lufthansa, APPH, SAS, Weber etc.).
Domodedovo Technique fully equipped with modern high-efficiency equipment for the maintenance up to Boeing 737 Classic 4C-Check. Equipment of some shops, particularly wheels and brakes maintenance repair and overhaul shop, is unique in Russia.
Development Program:
- aircraft interior maintenance in accordance with rating С6 EASA Part-145;
- EASA certificate for composite materials repair;
- certificate for gas bottles and fire-extinguishers maintenance;
- expanding of rating for wheels and brakes maintenance repair and overhaul of Airbus 320 and Boeing 767;
- EASA Part-21 certificate;
- setting up a specialised centre for training and qualifying engineers and technicians for providing aircraft technical maintenance in accordance with regulations of EASA Part-147.
