In 2005, to ensure effective provision of services to clients of the airport complex (partner airlines, concessionaires, passengers), the Domodedovo Airport Commercial Agency (DACA) was established to implement the following functions:
- To develop, plan, and implement the marketing strategy of the Domodedovo airport as a single complex;
- To develop and implement marketing projects in partnership with airlines (Domodedovo Transfer Service, Intermodal transportation, tourism, etc.);
- To promote services on the aviation and non-aviation markets;
- To prepare, execute, and maintain contracts using the “one-stop-shop” technology;
- To settle mutual accounts with clients;
- To standardize and control the quality of services provided on the territory of Domodedovo airport;
- To inform clients of development tendencies observed on the aviation and non-aviation markets;
- To ensure conditions required for implementation of clients’ and partners’ programs;
- To inform clients of the strategic and current plans of the EAST LINE Group.
Development plans
The Commercial Agency of the Domodedovo Airport plans to:
- Develop a hierarchical system of measurable parameters characterizing the quality of airport services provided to airlines, passengers, and cargo shippers and recipients. In addition to common standards, the partner airlines will be asked to identify those parameters that each of them is individually most interested in;
- Introduce electronic document turnover with the partner airlines (a portal) which will help reduce the terms required to review documents and ensure control over their processing;
Reduce the minimal connection time for all transit types down to 1 hour. |
