Co-operation is optimised by the creation of special teams for supporting airlines, based on the companies regional locations and their membership in global airline alliances.

The enterprise carries out activities in the following areas:
- preparation, conclusion and management of contracts between airlines and Domodedovo Airport enterprises within a single window framework;
- mutual settlements with customers;
- standardisation and quality control of services provided at Domodedovo Airport;
- development and implementation of the airports marketing strategy;
- development of a marketing mix for products / services of the aircraft segment of the market;
- joint development and implementation of marketing projects with airlines (development of transit and multi-modal transport, tourism market, etc);
- promotion of services in the aviation and non-aeronautical business market;
- informing customers about market trends and development of the aviation and non-aviation business;
- informing customers about the current and strategic plans for the airport enterprises.
DEVELOPMENT PLANS:
- development of a differentiated service quality measurement system for partner airlines;
- implementation of electronic document management (creation of a B2B-portal) ensuring cost reductions and time saving;
- implementation of the final stage of the "Departure Control System" (DCS) project within the framework of the International Air Transport Associations (IATAs) Simplifying the Business programme;
- development of self-service technologies within the framework of IATAs Fast Travel programme;
- development of the Domodedovo Transfer Service (DTS) project to increase transfer traffic sales volumes by attracting new airline participants and expanding the range of connecting flights;
- implementation of electronic ticket technology; expansion of the range of services for tour operators.
