Moscow Domodedovo Airport serves dozens of thousands of passengers daily.
The active development of the airport, also owing to the implementation of innovative services, essentially provides for implementation of our quality control policy.
One of its key goals consists in ensuring that passengers find their time at our airport comfortable. No aspect of our services shall be overlooked in this respect.
We employ different methods of monitoring the quality of services that we provide. One of these is our new Secret Client programme the goal of which is to have an effective feedback system that could be used by our consumers to keep us updated on shortcomings and failures as well as help us improve our services.
We value your opinion! Therefore we offer you to take part in our new programme by becoming a Secret Client yourself.
Becoming a Secret Client
Anyone using the services of Moscow Domodedovo Airport, whether as a passenger or a visitor*, may participate in this programme.
During one month after your visit to our airport you should send us information concerning faults and shortcomings detected to our email agent@dme.ru.
Your message shall contain the following information:
- description of a situation and its circumstances;
- date and time when such occurred;
- location and circumstances of discovery;
- your full name;
- contact details for our feedback.
Your message must carry some type of supporting evidence (a snapshot/a video tape/an audio tape) attached.
Participants in the Secret Client programme are guaranteed that relevant measures will be taken to ensure confidentiality of personal data submitted by them.
The staff of our quality control department will examine your message responding with an acknowledgement of receipt. If necessary, you will receive a request for providing supporting evidence for your claim. After the examination of the materials submitted you will be forwarded a relevant response.
* Participation Regulations
- Information submitted shall contain supporting evidence in the form of a snapshot/a video tape/an audio tape.
- The snapshot/video tape/audio tape must show the date and time of occurrence.
- Members of staff of Domodedovo Airport may not take part in the Secret Client programme.
Moscow Domodedovo Airport reserves the right to amend and supplement the terms of the Secret Client programme.
