Free-of-charge travel on the AEROEXPRESS TRAIN

A number of airlines provide their passengers with free tickets to the Aeroexpress train. To take advantage of this service, passengers need to collect the tickets. Where and how can you do it?

Departing from the Domodedovo Airport
1. The airline can provide you with not only with a free ticket to the Aeroexpress train at Domodedovo, but also with free boarding services. In this case a free ticket can be received at boarding desks in the city passenger terminal of Paveletsky railway station. This ticket is distributed here, whether you are boarding here, in a terminal of Paveletsky railway station or in the Domodedovo airport.
2. If your airline provides a free ticket to the Aeroexpress train, but does not provide free boarding services, a free ticket can be picked up at the Domodedovo terminal on Paveletsky railway station. In this case one will get the ticket at the "Terminal check-in payment" counter located near administrator's desk. The ticket is issued on the day of departure. To obtain the free ticket to the Aeroexpress train you required to show your airplane ticket.

If your airline is providing you with a free ticket for the Aeroexpress train to Moscow, it can be collected at the Domodedovo airport Aeroexpress desk. The desk is located in the right wing of the airport complex just before the exit to the railway platform. Importantly – a free ticket can only be issued in exchange for an airline-boarding pass (therefore, don’t forget it).
