The parking lot entry procedure:
- Drive up to an automated parking ticket dispenser at any entry terminal, there will be a message "Press the button" on the dispenser's display.
- Press the button to receive a parking ticket. The display will show the message "Take your parking ticket".
- Take your parking ticket from the ticket dispenser. The dispenser's display will show the message "Enter", and simultaneously the gate will open.
If you have problems with the entry (the parking ticket is not given out, the barrier arm is not raised), please contact the parking lot operator by pressing the button "Call for Operator", which is located on the front of the parking ticket dispenser. The parking lot leaving procedure:
- Drive up to an automated stand at any exit terminal of the parking lot, there will be a message "Enter your parking ticket" on the stand's display.
- Enter your parking ticket into the slot of the exit stand.
- If the service is paid for and the 15-minutes grace period after the payment for parking services, or 15 minutes after the entry into the parking area, has not expired the terminal takes your parking ticket to storage racks of the stand and the display shows the message "Pass" with the simultaneous opening of the gate.
If you have problems with leaving the parking area (the barrier arm is not raised), please contact the parking lot operator by pressing the button "Call for Operator", which is located on the front of the parking lot leaving stand.
In the parking area, vehicles should be placed solely in accordance with the markings.
The vehicles placed in violation of the markings can stand in the way of emergency services.
Remember:
A parking ticket is the property of Domodedovo Asset Management CJSC. The parking ticket must be stored and handled carefully.
At the parking area it is prohibited to transfer a parking ticket received at the entrance to the third party, to exchange a parking ticket with the third party, to use the services of the third parties, that offer to exchange your parking ticket.
You must leave the parking area by the ticket obtained at the entrance. There is a penalty for the loss or a damage to a parking ticket.
Forgery of a parking ticket, unpaid leave and the use of benefits of other persons will be prosecuted.
The parking lots have specially designated areas for persons with special physical needs.
The persons with special physical needs may use the parking lot for free.
At the parking area it is prohibited to make fire, to hold unauthorized meetings and rallies or damage the parking equipment.
It is prohibited to make business at a parking area, to stick or hand out flyers or make advertising without the prior consent of the owner of the parking lots.
The paid parking service is provided by Domodedovo Asset Management CJSC.
