Phyto-quarantine demands.
Quarantine products import to Russia.
Soil, infected with quarantine speckles vegetative products are prohibited for import.
Individuals are not allowed to import live planting materials and their roots with soil, live anticrop agents, bacterium, viruses and insects, able to damage plants.
Corresponding to Russian legislation quarantine products could be confiscated, eradicated, or returned to country exporter by inspection results. Quarantine products if not infected with quarantine speckles and if not forbidden for import are allowed for import up to 5 kg free of charge. Quarantine floral objects import is free if covered by quarantine regulations and if accompanied with phyto-quarantine certificate.
Quarantine products Export from Russia.
Export from Russia must meet phyto-sanitary requirements, covered by international agreements, and accompanied with phyto-quarantine certificate.
All the quarantine products (seeds, planting products, live plants and their parts, fresh and desiccated vegetables, fruits, cane fruits, spice, grain, nuts etc.) should be laid for inspection of the State Plant Quarantine Inspection.
Each quarantine object on the territory of Russian Federation should be accompanied with quarantine certificate. Quarantine certificate could be obtained at state quarantine inspection. |
