1. Who can use Web Check-in?

Passenger holding e-Ticket with confirmed booking, passenger holding paper ticket as well as passenger who has purchased ticket using his/her credit card. Passenger who requires special assistance will need to check-in at the airport.

2. When can I use Web Check-in?

You can check-in using the web 24 hours from flight schedule departure time and closes 40 minutes before the flight schedule departure time.

3. Can groups use Web Check-in?

Only a party of 9 passengers and below in a single booking (excluding infants) and none of the passengers require special assistance. Group of 10 or more passengers will need to check-in at the airport.

4. Can I use Web Check-in if I need special assistance (E.G. Unaccompanied minor, wheelchair, etc)

No. You will need to check-in at the airport.

5. How do I enter my name?

Please ensure that you enter your name as it is printed on your E-Ticket receipt or on your paper ticket. First name shall be specified in Latin in the First Name field, last name - in Latin in the Last Name field.

6. What is an E-Ticket number?

It is a 13 digit numeric number usually stated on your E-Ticket receipt. Example ETKT: 2322402345167

7. What is a Passenger Name Record (PNR)?

It is a 5 or 6 alphanumeric character given during booking and also printed on your E-Ticket op paper ticket usually referred to as Booking Reference, etc. Example BOOKING REFERENCE: REJA44

8. Can I use other airlines frequent flyer number as an option for check-in identification?

No. Web check-in only supports frequent flyer card issued by the airline you fly.

9. Why does the drop-down list for origin only displays certain destinations?

As this is being written, Web Check-in is only open for origins on the list. Please check back as other origins will be opened by phases.

10. Why can't I select certain name(s) in Select Passengers page to check-in?

This might be because your E-Ticket is missing from your booking. Should Web Check-in fail, please contact the Domodedovo Airport Information Desk at +7 495 933-66-66.

Yes, with the condition that one infant per passenger

12. I am booked in a party. How do I know who have checked-in?

In Select Passengers page, name of passengers who have checked-in are light (grey) colored while name of those who have not checked-in is dark (black) colored.

13. Why does some names in Select Passengers page are light (grey) colored?

Passengers with light (grey) coloured text means that they have checked-in.

14. Why can't I select the flight I want to check-in?

You can check-in for a flight departing from the Domodedovo Airport only.

You can check-in for a flight departing from the Domodedovo Airport only.

16. Can I cancel my check-in?

Check-in can be cancelled before you reach the Confirmation Details page. Once reached Confirmation Details page, you are considered checked-in. You will then need to call the Domodedovo Airport Help Desk at +7 495 933-66-66 to cancel your check-in.

17. Can I change my seat assignment?

No, if you have checked-in already.
Yes, before you reach the Confirmation Details page, you can change your seat assignment.

18. Why can't I change my seat?

This may be because you are checking-in for the second time using the web or you had reserved a basinet seat during booking or your selected seat was taken before you clicked the Continue button.

19. Can I add frequent flyer card for mileage points?

Yes. This can be done by clicking the "Edit" link on the Confirmation Details page.

20. Can I add or edit other airlines frequent flyer number for mileage points?

No. Web check-in only supports frequent flyer numbers of a specific airline. Please report to a Rework/ Check-in Counter at the airport if you wish to add other airlines frequent flyer number.

21. Why do I need to update the APIS (Advanced Passenger Information System) data?

Passengers are required to update the APIS information since airline needs it. The arrival destination Authority requires that the information in the APIS is the same as specified in your passport.

22. I've completed filling-in all the required APIS details. What next?

After complete filling-in the APIS information for all passengers you selected for check-in, press the continue button in APIS Summary page to complete your check-in.

23. How do I print my boarding pass?

Upon clicking the "Click here to print your boarding pass(es)" button, a pdf format of A4 boarding pass will be opened. Click on the printer icon to print your boarding pass(es)

24. Can I save my A4 boarding pass?

Yes. This function is supported by Adobe Acrobat Reader and you can save your boarding pass as a file.

25. Can I reprint my boarding pass?

Yes. If you either saved a copy of the PDF or by rechecking-in again. However, if you choose to check-in again, you are not allowed to make any seat changes or update your APIS Details and your boarding pass will read "Duplicate".

26. What should I do after I check-in?

After you print your A4 boarding pass, you would need to check-in your baggage (if necessary) on the bag drop-off counter at the airport and then apply to the gate. The number of the assigned gate can be found on your boarding pass or on flight information monitors in the airport.

27. What happens if I miss my flight after I check-in?

The record will show that you have failed to board. You will need to make a new booking for the next available flight and this may be subjected to a cancellation fee.

28. What should I do if I want to cancel my flight after I had successfully checked-in?

You may call the Domodedovo Airport Information Desk at +7 495 933 66 to cancel your booking. You will need to specify flight number, departure date and time, city, passenger full name(s) and request check-in cancellation.

29. Can I check my bags if I use Web Check-in?

You will need to check-in your bag at the Domodedovo Airport by reporting at fast Bag Drop Off counter responsible for your flight. Please present your A4 boarding pass to our check-in staff for your baggage to be accepted.

You can check-in again with web check-in to reprint your boarding pass or reissue your boarding pass at the Rework / Check-in counter

35. Why does the boarding gate number is not printed on my A4 boarding pass?

Boarding gate number will be assigned 8 hours before schedule departure time. Please refer to the Check-in Counter or airport displayer at the airport for your gate number.

36. Error Messages

a. E-Ticket Number is either missing or invalid
Ensure you enter the correct 13 digit E-Ticket number.

b. Flight Date is either missing or invalid
Ensure you choose the correct flight date from the pop-up calendar

c. Passenger Name Record (PNR) is either missing or invalid
Ensure you enter the correct 6 alphanumeric character PNR number Example JYU76T

d. Flight Number is either missing or invalid
Ensure you enter correct flight number in the Flight Number field

e. Last Name/ Surname is either missing or invalid
Ensure you enter your last name / surname as it is printed on your e-Ticket. Last Name/ Surname is not case sensitive

f. First / Given name is either missing or invalid
Ensure you enter your first / given name as it is written on your e-Ticket. First/ Given Name is not case sensitive.

g. Origin is either missing or invalid
Ensure you select an origin from the dropdown list.

h. Departure date is either missing or invalid
Ensure you select a correct departure date and that the departure date selected is valid.

i. E-Ticket Number can not be less than 13 characters
Ensure you entered 13 digit e-Ticket number. Example 232XXXXXXXXXX.

j. Passenger Name Record (PNR) is either missing or invalid
Ensure that you enter a 6 alphanumeric character as your PNR. Example JK456R.

k. Your session has expired or timed out
Your check-in session has timeout as you've left the page idle for 5 minutes. You can either check-in again or contact the Domodedovo Airport Hotline at 8-800-200-33-66.

l. This application is currently unavailable
Your check-in session has timeout as you've left the page idle for 5 minutes. You can either check-in again, contact Call Center or check-in at the airport.
