To carry out photo shooting and video recording in the landside area (where persons, who are not passengers, have free access) of Domodedovo airport, one shall send a request to the press service of Moscow Domodedovo airport by fax: + 7 495 795-34-27 or by e-mail pr@dme.ru
The request must be made on the organization's letterhead, signed and stamped (if available). If the request is sent by e-mail, it must be a signed and scanned copy thereof.
The request to the press service of Moscow Domodedovo airport shall include:
Mass-media name
Subject and purpose of the shooting
Date of the shooting
Full names and titles of the crew members
The list of the equipment for shooting
Proposed place and time of placing the shooted material in the mass media
Contact person and his/her contact information (preferably the mobile phone number)
Fax number for sending the authorization to shooting
It is highly desirable to send the request to the press service no later than one day before the shooting.
Upon taking a positive decision, the press service of the airport sends to the specified fax number the authorization for shooting on the requested date.
The crew must have a copy of such authorization to present it to the airport security personnel during the shooting.
If it is planned to carry out shooting in the airside area of the airport (near the aircraft, on the apron, next to runways, in the controlled area of the airport terminal, etc.), we strongly recommend that you call / fax to the press service + 7495 795-34-27 to discuss the possibility and details of shooting well in advance.
Note: For shooting check in counters of a partner airline of Moscow Domodedovo airport, it is necessary to get a separate authorization for this from the airline.
