At Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Lufthansa welcomed its 1,111,111th passenger who made a flight from/to Russia in 2010. It was Alexey Afanasyev, an employee of Deutsche Bank Russia, who departed on October 18 by LH3183 flight for Frankfurt am Main on business trip. Mr. Afanasyev is a regular customer of Lufthansa and a participant of Miles&More program. On the next day, the media dinner devoted to cooperation of Airport Domodedovo and Lufthansa was arranged.

On August 17, 2010, the Cargo Agents Forum took place at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The event was arranged by the Airport Administration jointly with AirBridgeCargo (), the largest Russian freight airline.
