Moscow Domodedovo Airport provides a large range of different services related to servicing aircraft, passengers, air flight safety, etc.
Prices for the airport services are established in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 22.07.2009 No. 599 and Order of the Ministry of the Transport of the Russian Federation dated 21.06.2010 No. 137 services of takeoff and landing facilitation, flight safety, passenger terminal use, passenger services, air fuel storage, fuelling services to the aircraft at Moscow Domodedovo Airport are provided on the basis of a service contract and application (Appendixes to the Application No. 1, 2, 3) made in the approved form. The data stated in the application shall be entered to the register.
Efficient structure of the costs for the maintenance of the airport infrastructure facilities allows offering most advantageous terms and conditions of cooperation to the partner at the same time warranting high service quality.
Terms and conditions of the services are established in the corresponding agreements developed on the basis of the IATA (International Air Transport Association) recommendations.
Domodedovo airfield has been possessing international status since 1992, it offers services to all types of aircraft manufactured in Russia or abroad.
The area of the airfield is 1 287 ha, 249 ha are paved. Apron is made for 143 aircraft of different types - from the business aviation aircraft like Falcone 90 to passenger and cargo super giants like Airbus 380, Ruslan and Boeing 747-400.
Domodedovo Airport is equipped with two parallel runways located at the distance allowing facilitation of their independent operation even in difficult weather conditions.
Two runways of Moscow Domodedovo Airport are certified under IIIA ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) category. Certification of this category allows takeoff and landing operation in any weather conditions, which is conditioned, first of all, by modern aerodrome lighting and radio equipment. Thus technical equipment of the runways allows significant reduction of the delay time due to weather conditions and high regularity of the flights.
The high quality of the passenger terminal services is confirmed by international certifications. The terminal has been certified as category C in IATA classification. Domodedovo passenger terminal was the first in Russia to receive an international certificate of the Enterprise Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000, which proves the high level of the company management, staff expertise and well managed procedure of the work performed.
